About Dept. :
The Dept. of History was established
in 1969. The dept. has rich legacy of eminent scholars and researchers. The
dept. offers UG program with specialization in Rise of Maratha Power, Early
India, History of India & Maharashtra, Age of Revolution, Social Reforms in
India & Maharashtra and History: It’s Theory. The dept. has produced a
number of graduates who are working in various govt. and private sectors. The
alumni of the dept. contribute for the development of the College & social
cause.
